Briess Rice Hulls are an all–natural brewing aid made from the husks of rice grains. They are used to improve mash efficiency by preventing stuck mashes during lautering, especially in recipes with high percentages of adjuncts like wheat, rye, or oats.

Rice hulls do not impart any flavor, color, or fermentable sugars to the beer, making them an excellent solution for improving wort clarity and flow without altering the final product. They are essential for brewing hazy IPAs, wheat beers, and other high–protein styles.
