Dingemans Special B Malt is a highly roasted Belgian malt known for its deep, rich flavors of caramel, dark fruit, and molasses. With a color range of 115–155 Lovibond, it adds a dark reddish–brown hue to beers and imparts a complex sweetness.
This malt is a key ingredient in Belgian Dubbels, Quads, and other dark ales, contributing notes of raisin, prune, and burnt sugar. Used sparingly, Special B Malt adds depth and complexity, enhancing the character of any beer style.
