Chinook is a high–alpha American hop variety with a robust flavor profile that combines pine, spice, and grapefruit. With alpha acid levels between 12.0% and 14.0%, it is highly effective for both bittering and aroma.

This hop is commonly used in IPAs, Pale Ales, and Strong Ales, contributing bold bitterness and a distinctive resinous aroma. The 1 oz pellet size is great for small–scale brewing or testing new recipes with Chinook’s unique profile.
